As CCRC embarks on its next strategic planning project, Alicia will share some insights from her work as a strategic planning and communications consultant. Following 20 years in health care, post-secondary education and the not-for-profit sector, she switched gears and has become an entrepreneur, as founder of Living Local Marketplace.
